bringing over 7 years of experience in public policy, education, natural resource management. An IIT Delhi and NIT Raipur alumnus with a background in Chemical engineering, he excels in establishing sustainable rural enterprise. Kartheek is committed to building regenerative businesses that blend policy, nature-based innovative solutions, technology and livelihood.
B. Ananda Babu – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
B. Ananda Babu, IFS (Retd. PCCF,), bringing over three decades of leadership in forest conservation, MFP development and sustainable rural livelihoods. As former Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Chhattisgarh Cadre), he successfully managed lac development, minor forest produces based supply chain management, production and marketing of herbal products through SHG's.
Dr. A.K. Jaiswal – Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)
Dr. A.K. Jaiswal (Retd. Principal Scientist, Indian institute of natural research and Gums) leads as Founder and Director (Sustainable Farming , skill development and research Initiatives) of Shree Nature Foods, bringing profound expertise in lac and minor forest produce research. A veteran scientist, he has shaped India’s lac industry through extensive research in broodlac production, inoculation, and quality enhancement. His leadership helped transform scientific cultivation, boosting livelihoods through women-led SHG procurement and processing systems. He has published numerous technical bulletins and peer-reviewed articles on lac statistics, host-plant ecology, and production growth trends.
Shashi Bhushan Agrawal – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
A veteran with over 40 years of experience in power plant establishment and operations, Mr. Agrawal has held senior roles at NTPC, JSPL, and SAIL. he is instrumental in establishing MFP based Central processing unit of MFP federation in Chhattisgarh. He brings unmatched technical leadership to project execution, infrastructure scaling, and process efficiency. As CTO, he steers the technological roadmap and processing unit establishment with a focus on reliability and innovation.
